Information we collect
We may collect the following types of information:
- Personal information: Your name, email address, company name and anything else you choose to tell us when you fill in a form or send us an email.
- Technical data: Our hosting and infrastructure providers process technical information, including IP addresses and browser details, in the server logs required to deliver this site and to protect it against misuse. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you or to measure your behaviour.
- Analytics data: Where, and only where, you consent to analytics cookies, we collect aggregate statistics about how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed. Without that consent no analytics data is collected. You can grant or withdraw consent at any time on our Cookie Settings page.

Strictly necessary storage records your choice of light or dark theme and the cookie choices you make. It is held in your browser, is not transmitted to us, and is required for the site to honour those choices. It cannot be switched off.

You can opt out at any time. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us at info@tbenterprise.net and we will remove you. Opting out of marketing does not stop us replying to your enquiries or contacting you about work we are doing for you.
How we share your information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share it with:
- Service providers: Trusted suppliers who help us run our business and our website, such as hosting, email and infrastructure providers. They may only use your information to provide that service to us.
- Legal requirements: Law enforcement, regulators or other authorities where we are required to by law, or where it is necessary to protect our rights.
- Business transfers: If our business is sold or reorganised, your information may be transferred as part of that. We would tell you if this happened.
Where your information is held

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it. Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to two years so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Client records are kept for the length of our relationship and then for up to six years afterwards, to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Marketing contacts are kept until you opt out.

We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls and multi-factor authentication, to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
