No. Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune are a big part of what we do, and we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner, but our main service is custom software development. We build web and mobile apps, integrations and automation in whatever suits the job, which is often not a Microsoft stack at all.
Businesses of every size, from sole traders and small teams to larger organisations. A sole trader wanting one internal tool and a fifty person firm moving off legacy software need different things, and we scope each one separately.
No. Arrangements are flexible and we go through what suits you before anything is agreed, so you are never signing up to a term you did not ask for.

We are based in Surrey and work with businesses across the South East, the wider UK and further afield. Most of the work is remote. Where a job needs someone on site, we arrange it, depending on the work and where you are.
Multi factor authentication and encryption are on by default, access is limited to the people doing the work, and everything is backed up offsite. We only use your data to deliver what you have asked for. The Privacy Policy has the detail.
Yes. Once a project is live you can keep us on for management, monitoring and support, though it is optional and plenty of clients decide that later rather than up front.
It depends on what you need, which is what the free consultation is for. Before you spend anything you get a written scope with a fixed price on it. You approve that before any work starts. The number then does not move unless you ask for something that was not in it.
You get a date in writing alongside the quote, once we understand the job well enough to give you an honest one. It helps that we do not start from a blank page. BadgerFramework, our own codebase, already covers the parts almost every application needs, so the work starts on what is specific to you.
A freelancer is often excellent value right up to the day they move on, and most cannot host your software, monitor it or answer at the weekend. A larger agency can do all of that, but you usually get an account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet, and you pay for that layer. We sit in between the two, so you deal directly with the people writing the code and those same people host it and support it afterwards.
